Give thanks gummy life saver treats

Good morning my crafty friends!!! Today I'd like to share some quick treats I made for my daughter's class.  I saw these gummy bear life saver rolls at the convenience store in the hospital where I work a few weeks ago, and I thought they were so neat I had to get them.  I literally bought their entire supply 34 rolls....lol
I placed the rolls in some clear 1.5 x 8 bags that I found at a local packaging store and trimmed off the excess plastic on the top.  I tied them with some baker's twine and added a tag from Jaded Blossom's mini tag dies (or as I like to call it, bread closure tie) and stamped a sentiment (give thanks) from Jaded Blossom's turkey poop stamp set.  The cute little print and cut indians are from etsy.  They came in a set with the turkey that's on my previous post.

Hope you like it...............

Mahalo for stopping by.  Have a beautiful rest of the day!!!!!!!

Gobble Gobble!

Aloha and happy Friday! Today I would like to share the first of my Thanksgiving treats, a pocket
containing an m&m and pixi stick.  I enjoyed making these treats because I got to use my new toy,
the  Brother scan n cut.

I got the cute little turkey off of etsy and because my laptop crashed a few months ago, I was unable to use the print and cut feature on my silhouette.  I printed the turkeys, placed them in my brother machine, and it scanned and cut the turkeys....I just love it.  The turkeys sit on a pocket I created with Stampin Up's petitie pocket die and before assembling, I embossed the front with a lifestyle crafts embossing folder.

Supplies:
Stampin Up Petite pocket die
Lifestyle Crafts embossing folder
Jaded Blossom items:
 mini tag dies
Let's talk turkey (gobble gobble)
Thanksgiving candies (thankful and Happy Thanksgiving)
1 x 8 clear bags

I will be entering my creation in Jaded Blossom's monthly challenge.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
Enjoy the rest of your day!!!

Happy Halloween!!!!

Aloha my friends!  I've been missing in action for awhile, but with Halloween nearing, I needed to get crafting.  So I finally started my halloween projects.  But, before I share them, I'd like to share my hello kitty cuties.  They can't wait to go trick or treating!!

Now on to my projects. My first project I created for someone who wanted toppers for her bags.  I used 2 dies from Jaded Blossom, fancy topper die and charms die.  Boo is from Jaded Blossoms halloween candies and the skeleton is from cottage cutz.

For my second project, I made french fry boxes.  I embossed the front of the the box with Stampin up's web embossing folder.  The ghost and spooky are both from My Creative Time.

Thanks so much for stopping by..... I hope to post more of my projects soon.

Have a great day!!

Pool party treat bags

Good morning my crafty friends! It's been a busy and emotional week for me as I prepared the kids to go back to school. It's official! My son is a freshman.  I can't believe how fast time is flying. It seems like yesterday I was dropping him off to preschool, and now he's in high school....  *sigh*

Anyway, on to my creation.  Here are some goody bags that I made for a special girl turning 12 who will be celebrating with a pool party.

Just love how the girl and boy turned out.  I created them using the sizzix girl and boy dress ups dies,  peachy keens in the garden face assortment stamp set and some trendy twine (girls).  I also used Jaded Blossoms birthday candies and candy charms and banners die and stampin ups round tab punch and scallop trim border punch. The tutorial for the treat bag can be found here.

Thanks for stopping by.  Have a great rest of the week!  Take care and be blessed!!

Christmas in July!

Hello and happy Saturday my crafty friends! I'm sharing my project for Jaded Blossom's July Christmas challenge. Yes I am a procrastinator, but I made it just in time. I got home from work, created by project and now am out and about with the family. So please pardon any mistakes as I am posting from my phone.

I filled a tube from Annie's paper boutique with red and white sixlets.  Created the reindeer with the sizzix reindeer dress up die and added it to the front of the tube.  I created the sign that the reindeer is holding with Jaded Blossom's Christmas candies, treat flags and candy charms and banners, added a ribbon from Lovebug creations to the top and voila... my Christmas creation.

Hope you enjoyed my treat!  Thanks for stopping.  Be blessed!

Happy 4th of July!!!

Good morning and happy 4th of July eve!! It's been awhile since my last blog. I've taken some vacay time to spend with my kiddos. But I'm back, and I'm sharing some 4th of July treats I created for my daughter's preschool class.

I placed a mini kit kat and crunch bar in some glassine bags that I got from Annie's paper boutique.  They fit perfectly!  Although it's difficult to see, I embossed each bag with a star embossing folder.   I added a die namics bow to the top and used Jaded Blossom's patriotic candies stamp and candy charms and banners for the sentiment.

Thanks for visiting and have a safe and blessed 4th!!!!

Very minimal supplies.....beads, straws, string, hole puncher, flower punch and scrap paper....

Thank you cards

Aloha my crafty friends!  I can't believe it, another post....yay!  Today I am sharing another teacher gift. I failed to mention in yesterday's post that we were given a list of things to create for the teachers for each day.  So yesterday I fulfilled the sweet treat.  Next on the list was to create a card and write a letter to the teacher.  So here's what I came up with, some quick and simple thank you cards.
I used some quickutz goosebumpz dies and my favorite candy stamps from Jaded Blossom.

Pinwheel top box treats

Good morning and happy Tuesday. It's been a busy past few weeks, so I haven't posted in a while, but I hope to share some teacher appreciation gifts with you throughout the week.  I realize that teacher appreciation was a few weeks back, however my kid's school is celebrating it this week.
Here's a few of the treat holders I created using the spellbinders pinwheel top box die. The cute little tag is from Jaded Blossom's candy charms and banners

  Hope you enjoyed today's creation.
